Homemade Facial Scrub

Homemade Facial Scrub

Homemade Facial Scrub
Hi all,
Today I am going to share some easy and homemade recipes for Facial Scrubs.

Facial scrubs are great for polishing the skin and helping to remove dead skin cells that causes blemishes and blackheads. Getting rid of blackhead is not a overnight process.By regularly exfoliating with a great facial scrub, you can help to get rid of them, while also preventing acne from developing. I love to use homemade facial scrubs as they are purely natural and their ingredients are readily available at our home. And these scrubs make skin look more glowing with radiant complexion.

Homemade Scrub for Dry Skin

This is an excellent facial scrub to use if you have sensitive or dry skin.It is gentle enough to use regularly for unclogging pores, and it combines nourishing, moisturizing ingredients to soften while exfoliating. First take 1Tbsp of Oats. Coarsely crush them. Now mix oats, 1 teaspoon of milk and one teaspoon of honey. Mix well. Gently wash your face with warm water to open pores. Rub the mixture onto the skin with your fingertips, scrubbing gently in a circular motion.Once Scrubbing is done clean your face with warm water.

Tomato and Rice Scrub for Oily Skin

Another great homemade facial scrub for getting rid of blackheads combines ground rice to exfoliate the skin with tomato to cleanse pores. Tomatoes are also a natural source of alpha hydroxy acids, which encourage more dead skin cells to be released and washed away with your exfoliation.

Toss one tablespoon of dry rice with one quarter of a fresh tomato into the blender and blend. Use this scrub two or three times a week to help control blackheads. The citric acid in tomatoes is great for helping to prevent blemishes, but it can be irritating to very sensitive skin

Orange Scrub For Normal Skin

This is a very simple and quick Scrub for normal skin.
Dry the Skin of Oranges in Sun. Then Grind them in mixer. Take 1 Tbsp of Orange powder, add 1 tsp of fresh cream. Mix well and scrub gently in circular motion on your face and neck.

Important thing to remember while using Scrubs

Before using your homemade scrub, open pores with warm water. Splash warm water on the face several times or use a warm wet washcloth. You only need to scrub gently to keep your pores unclogged. While mild, nourishing scrubs may be gentle enough for everyday use, be careful not to wear away the skin. You can use this scrub twice or thrice a week.
